I breathe in through my nose and loudly exhale through my mouth. As I do so, I breathe in the love and exhale hate.
Focusing on removing any negativity I may store in my body and allowing the loving air to fill in the now vacant spots.
As humans, we get so caught up in changing our outer appearance. We think if we can change x, y, and z about ourselves, our lives will in return be so drastically different. This egotistical mindset kicks into overdrive; once we reach our “ideal” appearance, all of our mental stress and pressure will just melt away.
The disappointing truth to this logic is that we will always find something we wish to change. When stuck in a mindset driven by our ego, there will undoubtedly be someone who is smarter, prettier, and funnier than us.
But before you feel defeated by this truth let me tell you something so inspiring. If you commit to only focusing on changing your inner appearance, you CAN find inner peace and mental rejuvenation.
You don’t need to change the way you look but instead, focus on changing the way you look at and think about yourself. We all want to shine and be an unstoppable form of magnetic light.
When you feel good on the inside it radiates through your skin and sparkles like a million little crystals.
Step Two: Mirror Mirror On The Wall
This might feel scary and incredibly awkward, but don’t let this stop you. Look at yourself in the mirror focusing on your eyes and repeat out loud, I am beautiful and I am worth loving. Do this five times for one whole week and feel the positive difference within yourself.
